This project involved sanding and preparing a covered porch deck prior to staining. First, the surface was mechanically sanded to remove wear, discoloration, and uneven texture. Then, the boards were cleaned and leveled to support uniform stain penetration. As a result, the deck achieved a smoother, more consistent surface ready for long-term protection and a refined finish.
